About Tracy,
From a traumatic childhood through to an injury in my teens that changed the course of my life, years of illness tested my strength and left me wondering if motherhood was possible. Against the odds, I was blessed with two miracle daughters, and through healing and resilience, I’ve built a life grounded in purpose.
Those experiences taught me the value of choosing yourself, finding balance, and turning hardship into growth. Over three decades in property, I’ve channelled that same determination into helping others create stability, security, and opportunity. Through Bebold Properties, I work with clients to build wealth through strategic property investment and management, with a focus on providing homes for defence personnel and frontline workers who serve our communities.
Beyond business, I’m driven by service. As a founding driver of Horisuns, I work alongside partners to support veterans, families, and community organisations, helping connect people with housing and care when they need it most. For me, real success isn’t measured by status or titles, but by the impact we leave behind.

Bebold Properties
Bebold Properties was born out of my passion for helping people create stability and wealth through property. We’re not just about buying houses, we’re about building futures.
From tailored financial structures to sourcing and managing investments, my team and I guide clients every step of the way, making property a pathway to long-term security. We also personally manage the properties we help clients acquire, ensuring they remain cared for and financially sound.
Where possible, we prioritise renting our properties to defence personnel and frontline workers, those who dedicate their lives to serving others. It’s one small way we can give back, creating safe and stable homes for those who serve our communities every day.
Creating Impact Beyond Business
I’m a founding driver of Horisuns, a not-for-profit company created to serve veterans and their families, past, present, and future, with planned growth to support frontline workers and their families. The organisation provides a personal, concierge-style referral service across Health, Allied and Mental Health, Education and Employment, Housing and Financial Wealth Services, and Social Welfare and Support, offering practical pathways to stability and wellbeing for those who’ve dedicated their lives to serving others.
Horisuns was born from a simple belief: that everyone who serves deserves a strong foundation to build and thrive.
